Refunds & Returns Policy

At Everstead Outdoors, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. That’s why we’ve made our return process clear and straightforward:

1. Return Window
   You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns beyond this period.

2. Return Shipping Costs
   If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover all return shipping expenses. If you’re sending something back simply because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Items That Arrive Damaged or Not Working
   Should you receive an item that’s broken or not functioning properly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and guide you through the return process. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund—including any original shipping charges you paid.

4. Returns Due to Change of Mind
   If you decide the item isn’t quite right for you, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price, minus any shipping fees.

5. Refund Processing
   Once your returned item has been reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a bit longer for the funds to appear in your account. If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, feel free to reach out to us at support@eversteadoutdoors.com.

Restocking Fees
In certain situations, a restocking fee may apply. If this is the case, we’ll let you know before finalizing your return.
