Orders placed by 6:00 PM (Monday through Friday), Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00, Detroit) will be processed promptly.

All orders are prepared and packaged within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeframe
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Methods
Most shipments are sent via third-party freight carriers, often using large trucks for delivery. For freight shipments, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a curbside drop-off appointment. Please ensure you provide an accurate phone number during checkout so delivery arrangements can be made without delays.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that your order was received and payment approved.
When your order ships—usually within 1–2 business days—you will get a separate notification email that includes tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary adjustments before dispatch.
