What is your Return Policy?

At Everstead Outdoors, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@eversteadoutdoors.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The design of the Santa Barbara 6ft or 9ft wide Redwood Lean-To Greenhouse/Sun Room is simple and functional. Redwood is the perfect material for a Greenhouse, is unsurpassed as a garden structure.  This kit is the frame only plus the 6mm twin wall polycarbonate roof glazing - no wall gazing.  The wood is rabbeted for the glass, and the 1x2" trim pieces are included, you will be supplying your own glass or other wall glazing.  We recommend 3/16" tempered glass.

The Santa Barbara Lean-to Greenhouse/Sun Room is the best engineered redwood lean-to greenhouse available in the market today. Redwood is resistant to weather, insects, decay and should last a lifetime with no special treatment. High quality knot-free California redwood is carefully chosen for its beauty and durability. 

A lean-to greenhouse can fit into a narrow space against your house or garage. If located against your house it will reduce heating costs. If placed over a door or window the heat from your home can be utilized to maintain growing temperatures throughout winter. Another advantage is the easy access from your home into your greenhouse. Locate your greenhouse where it will receive the most sunlight possible from November through January.

How to specify which end the door is on:  Visualize you are standing inside the greenhouse, with your back to the house.  Which way do you turn to see the door? turn right? Right door.  Turn left? Left door.

An extra door at the other end of the greenhouse can be ordered for $450, call us at 888-648-5333.

Drop door framing and other adjustments can be done, we'll need the exact measurement from top of sill to the walk in grade level for the door - call for a quote: 888-648-5333

  • CUSTOM ORDERS, NO RETURN - Most Santa Barbara greenhouse kits are built to order and will ship in 2-4 weeks or less.  Call for a more specific arrival estimate for your specific model.  They cannot be returned.  Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.
  • BUILDING RESTRICTIONS - Please check with your Home Owners Association and local zoning office or building department for any required permits and issues pertaining to zoning, setbacks, or restrictive covenants.
  • IMAGE DISCLAIMER - Some greenhouse images may not be to scale or represent the true size but are for demonstration purposes only. Greenhouse images may contain optional contents or accessories such as furniture or shelving that are not included.
  • SEALING NEEDS - No gaskets are needed though foam or rubber weather stripping can be use along with color-matched caulking to create a watertight seal against the attached structure.
